Curridabat
Central America is the central geographic region of the Americas. It is variably defined either as being a region of the Americas in its own right or as the southern portion of North America. Physiographically, Central America is a tropical isthmus that connects North and South America. It includes 7 countries and many small offshore islands. Overall, the land is fertile and rugged, and dominated through its heart by a string of volcanic mountain ranges with a few active volcanos.
Curridabat is a municipality in the San Jose Province in Costa Rica. It has a population of around 34000 people. This city is part of the canton of Curridabat which has four districts Curridabat, Granadilla, Sanchez and Tirrazes. Costa Rica, officially the Republic of Costa Rica, is a country in Central America, bordered by Nicaragua to the north, Panama to the south southeast, the Pacific Ocean to the west and south and the Caribbean Sea to the east. Costa Rica was the first country in the world to constitutionally abolish its army.
A city known for its historic myths and traditions, scenic beauty, cooperative people and luxurious hotels and cottages, Curridabat is one of the favorite holiday destinations for most of the vacation lovers.
